For this....

Steps

1.
Of course, be happy. The world is also full of people who want to do bad things such as murder, etc. This is probably because their life was junk and they need some way to get rid of these bad feelings, and blame it on others.

2.
Think positively. You're not going to be able to lighten up about stuff unless you think positively. Look at things on the bright side, such as if you fall and hurt your knee, think something like "Well, at least I won't need to run for the next few weeks" or something like that. Of course, the immediate reflex is panic, but once you recuperate, you can think positively.

3.
Stop work earlier and go on a walk. Appreciating good things will let you loosen up.

4.
Be thankful you are alive and well. There are some out there who will never or have little life because they are forced to live in harsh conditions such as child labor, starved to death, or have diseases that, without proper care will kill them. There was once a news report saying that most starving kids in Africa never make it past the age of five. If they do, it is sheer miracle because they don't have food, or they don't have enough.

5.
For those who are considering suicide or something self-harming, reread step three. Consider the question: Where will you spend eternity? If you are scientifically inclined or not particularly religious or spiritual, consider the very real possibility that suicide is nothing more than a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

6.
If you are considering running away: think twice. Right now you probably have food, water, and basic necessities. Once you run away, you will have none of those. Your choices will be to live in shelters that are demoralizing at best and potentially dangerous to your safety at worst, or to live on the streets where the possibility of death is very real. If you choose this route it can be very difficult to go back. Seriously consider this.

7.
Kid around more. Make more jokes, if you can make the people around you happy you'll be happy, too.

Terry who???????????

For my money I would take Aaron Rogers over everyone else on the list with Ben #2.

Ben's better than Rodgers. You never hear Rodgers get blamed for his sacks, and he's taking just as many as Ben.

This is what makes these lists pointless. Go ahead and compare quarterbacks by numbers and Ben will fall down on that list. Now give me this list . . .

What quarterback in the NFL would you want trailing by 6 with a minute to go and 1 timeout in the super bowl with 90 yards to go? :tt2

1. Ben Roethlisberger
2. Tom Brady
3. No, I'm good. That's all.

Reminds me of a preseason show on NFLN where Warren Sapp gave his list of the most clutch QBs today. Ben wasn't on the list. At the top? Peyton manning, the chokingist hall of fame QB that ever played.

I don't ... I'm leaning more towards Crash's point of view.

Actually you do. Go visit a GB board and you will hear the same criticism of Rodgers that you do of Ben that he holds the ball too long. Much like Ben, Rodgers does a lot with little in the way of an offensive line.

Matt Ryan has a nice OL. They have started every game with the same configuration this season.
