Anthony Munoz is a greater player in the history of the NFL than Joe Greene was? Anthony Munoz had a greater impact on his team than Joe Greene did? Anthony Munoz had a greater impact on the league than Joe Green did? Bulllllllllllllll-crap!!

There is no question that Anthony Munoz was one of the greatest LT of all-time but Joe Greene was the corner stone of a franchise that won four super bowls. He was the most dominate D-lineman of his era and he was far better a player than Anthony Munoz was.

And here try this conversation on. This could go to any fan of any team. “Who would you rather have to start your team, OG John Hannah or MLB Jack Lambert”??

Unbelievable!

To me Joe Greene was and always will be the greatest Steeler EVER. Him not being in the top ten just further shows how short term memory loss is rampant.

What's worse is when you compare the fans rankings...

1 Rice, Jerry
2 Montana, Joe
3 Payton, Walter
4 Sanders, Barry
5 Manning, Peyton
6 Favre, Brett
7 Marino, Dan
8 Elway, John
9 Brown, Jim
10 Smith, Emmitt

The fans are wee todds, look at the guys they rank lower...

14 Unitas, Johnny
29 Greene, Joe
41 Lambert, Jack
43 Jones, Deacon
59 Train Lane, Night
74 Baugh, Sammy
75 Graham, Otto

Just more proof that the media is a popularity contest,
now what they need to do is get the players together and rank em, much like the hall of fame vote.

at least they agree with the post premise and rank Munoz a paltry 80

80 Munoz, Anthony

Guys, take it for what it is worth....just the opinions of some people out there and opinions are just that.

Forget where they are ranked and enjoy the presentations of each player. IMO that was very nicely done.
