Mike Tomlin said Wednesday that Jonathan Scott is the team's left tackle moving forward and that there are no plans to move right tackle Flozell Adams to replace injured Max Starks.

Tomlin said that he likes what he's seen of Adams at right tackle and doesn't want to change that. The team also has confidence in Scott.

It also appears that Ramon Foster will start next to Scott at guard instead of Doug Legursky.

Foster started four games in place of Chris Kemoeatu in 2009 and the Steelers like him on the left side.

I'm good with Foster. I hope he plays lights out and then takes over for Essex when Kemo improves.

The only lineman we have who plays lights out is Pouncey so I would love to see any other one of our lineman play lights out. I don't care if it is Foster, Scott, Hills or Legursky. Please, somebody else on the line play lights out.

My opinion??? The Steelers will be better in pass blocking with Scott than they were with Starks but may suffer a little in run blocking.

We will be ok.

We hardly ever run left anyway. It's up the middle or to the right.

"Lights out" would be nice, but at this point, I would be ecstatic if we got "average" out of one of those guys.

I'm fine with just "lights on". Just delay the pass rush a couple of seconds and call it good. Heck, i'd even take a "strobe light" - (every other play "lights out").
