Has anyone actually seen a video/angle that shows contact between Harrison and that receivers head/neck? None of the angles I've seen show that conclusively.

San Antonio-There is no doubt Harrison hit Massaquoi's head with his shoulder right after he catches the ball. That is fineable. Unfortunately, Massaquoi ducks into it. IMHO, there is no way you can blame Harrison for this especially since his original line was for the chest where the ball was.
