Ravens running back Ray Rice rid himself of his red "non-contact" jersey at practice Friday, and looks ready to roll against the Steelers on Sunday.

"I'm feeling pretty good that he's going to play," coach John Harbaugh said.

While the Ravens rush defense has shown cracks early this season, the Steelers have been typically stout against the run thus far. Pittsburgh is giving up only 2.6 yards-per-carry and 59.7 yards-per-game, both good for third in the league.

Rice practiced Thursday and Friday and previously expressed confidence he'd suit up.

go ahead and drink an extra beer... no worries, you will get to use the bathroom during the TV timeout when Rice is laying on the field asking for the trainer.

Ray Rice really should sit this one out, hes gonna find it alot harder to gain 100 yards with Polamalu and Smith out there.
