LenDale White underwent surgery Tuesday to repair his ruptured right Achilles' tendon.
... In the past, an Achilles' tear has essentially ended a running back's career.

Hahahaha well the Titans got rid of both of them, so they're trying everything they can to shed the curse

That being said, I think it's going to be a GREAT game next week.

it would be a fantastic achievement for the Steelers to go 1-1 on this upcoming two-week road trip to Tennessee and Tampa Bay.

two victories would be a dream come true... :tt2 :tt2

The curse is gone for the Titans. By curse rules, if one of your team members disrespects the towel through one incident, your team is obligated to absorb one "curse-like" repercussion. (Losing at home in the playoffs with the number one seed qualifies) (The Vince Young downfall was just a bonus). Your team then has the option of taking appropriate action (cutting that player) which they did. Once you cut/trade him, your team is free from the curse. The player however is not. Both T.J. and Lendale will and must suffer a lifetime of bad charma, not only as punishment but as warning for future would-be TT dis-respectors.

As a reminder, the towel does not just represent the Steelers or Steeler nation. It represents the Myron Cope charity. An organization founded to help the disadvantaged. It's like disrespecting the Red Cross Aid Organization. The cosmos of justice is on our side.

The curse is still in effect if the Steelers block and tackle. That's how it works.

This could very well be a precurser for a wild card matchup.
Titans aren't good enough to win the division, but they could sneak out a wild card. Neither team is likely to get a bye, so that gives a decent chance they meet again.
