Mystery Flag?? On Ice Matty's fumble that wasn't

Remember the "fumble" that got called back (they ruled Ryan's arm moving forward, which might have been the right call)?

On the replay, I could have sworn I saw a flag get thrown into the backfield on that play.

Did anyone else see that? Was it just ignored for some reason?

The flag was thrown during Harrison's return. Illegal block in the back by Hoke, but since the fumble wasn't a fumble, the penalty "never" happened.

There was a Steeler that was held (maybe Timmons?) but it was not called. On the runback Hoke was called for some type of penalty. Maybe that is why it was picked up?
