Pouncey's brother is stinking up the place for the Gators v. Miami Ohio. So-so blocking and about 6 horrible snaps in the gun. Besides, we better be drafting a NT in the forst round.

Mike is nasty. I was talking to a guy who is tight with the team (4 year starter at LT, and a guy who has won multiple SEC championships, who i coach with), and he was telling me that among scouts, Mike is considered to be the better of the two. He wouldn't play center in pittsburgh. he'd play tackle or guard. all their doing now is allowing him to fall into the second round.

for the Steelers, Mike Pouncey would look really good at RG...Essex is the weakest starter on the OL now that Hartwig has been replaced.

Mike is a beast. He is just as good as his brother just not at Center. People who judge his play off his performance at center will be lead to wrong conclusions.

Forget Pittsburgh. By the looks of things he shouldn't be playing Center at Florida.

hey people forget how bad maurkice looked when he first took over for center. it took hiim some adjustement. remember mike played defense as a freshman and didn't move to offense till his sophmore year. so, he's making a lot of adjustments.

True but UF is still awful. Go Bucks!

You guys will have to get alot better to stay even in the top 20. That was some ugly football today.

C'mon Birt...where's your loyalty?! I received my bachelor's degree and Master's degree from USF, but I'm always going to be a Gator fan first. I'm a Bull, but I can't turn my back on the program I've been rooting for since the Wayne Peace era (despite my disdain for Lakeland HS :D )

It will be challenging for me next week. I'll be in Texas for the Longhorns home-opener, but just might wear a UF shirt and Bull's cap. Then again, I'm already committed to wearing my Manatee High School shirt to show some love to the 'Canes (they whipped up on your Woodland Hills boys pretty good last night - not your boys Birt...our PA brethren). Maybe I'll go full-homer and wear the cap of the winner. :tt2

The Gators did look like crap yesterday, but even if they lose to the Bulls, I won't be jumping ship.

I follow a team from every conference shawn. my big 10 team is Michigan, I've been a Michigan fan longer than a Gator (they didn't show gator games in NW PA till like '92 lol). my hatred of sOSU is etched into my bones.

FLA, I'll always love the gators. and it'll be hard rooting against guys i know, but it's gonna happen.

I'm only die hard on one level. College football i follow about a dozen teams. Pro ball, it's the Steelers and then everyone else.
