Two o'clock EST, no idea what channels are carrying the press conference.

BR bar hopping and attacting a crowd.

Victim bar hopping with friends.

Met at several bars and had conversations of sexual nature.

At final bar in VIP area, BR invited them into VIP area and provided shots of alcohol for them. One of the body guards guided a victim down a back hallway into a bathroom.

What happened in the bathroom is what is at issue.

Victim had superficial bruising and bleeding in the genital area. Doctor couldn't say that there was sexual assault. No semen. Human male DNA present but too small to yield a profile. Could not be matched so no DNA was taken from Ben.

Crime that was being investigated was "rape" which required penetration.

Made a point that they don't condone BR's actions, but they don't have a crime to prosecute.

Not enough evidence to prosecute.
