After speaking with people involved in case, it is opinion of ESPN's Roger Cossack that Ben Roethlisberger won't be arrested or indicted.

I just heard that myself. I hope that is the case because I've had a very uneasy feeling about this whole ordeal.

trey wingo reiterated that ben wont be charged and the ESPN North blog stated that he wont be charged (those are all per twitter)

While the news is great... the official press conference will be even better.

NFL Network cited the ESPN story, that he won't be charged. Does that count?

Just SAW it on Espn. It still sounds like opinion and second hand information. I want to hear it from the horses mouth.

its gets me thinking why would they announce that they're going to hold a press conference about it on monday.
