Will be discussed by the Early Show folks (don't watch enough to know their names) and the Early Show's legal people within the next half hour.

Interviewed 2 attorneys--one former prosecutor, John Q. Kelly and another attorney from LA (don't know her credentials, specialty or law or name).

both discussed allegations from their experience & what they would advise him to do now in the light of the accusations--listen to his attorneys and keep quiet/very low profile. His attorney will be collecting evidence like talking to everyone there and reviewing tapes, etc associated with allegation.

the female attorney mentioned that asking for DNA sample brings a different light to the matter; however, no conclusions should be taken until the evidence and/or facts are in.

Please be advise here--I didn't take notes verbatim. Just from recall. Don't know if this can be find on the net or not and I don't want to give any erroneous info here.
