Brian Cushing has backed out. This should put Woodley in.

If the Colts go to the SB then Health Miller should also go instead of Dallas Clark.

I'd rather neither player be playing in that farce of a game; too much to lose and nothgin to gain. Heath got his contract and Woodley will certainly get his, regardless of pro bowl appearances, just my .02 cents.

I hope Woodley doesn't go so he's more affordable in his next contract.

IMHO, he's turning into the most dominant LB in the game. He can do it all from going after the QB to containing the run to dropping into coverage.

Steelers' Woodley added to Pro Bowl roster

By Ed Bouchette, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Another Steelers player was offered a spot in the Pro Bowl and this time he did not turn it down. Linebacker LaMarr Woodley becomes the third on his team to make the AFC roster for the Jan. 31 game in Miami.

Woodley, who led the Steelers with 13.5 sacks, replaces Houston linebacker Brian Cushing, who withdrew because of injury. This is Woodley's first trip to the Pro Bowl, after his third NFL season, second as a starter. He joins fellow Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison and nose tackle Casey Hampton on the AFC team.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger declined a spot in the Pro Bowl this week after New England quarterback Tom Brady withdrew.

Congrats to Woodley. This is well deserved -- hopefully the first of many.
