Miami has crapped the bed against Houston (down 27-3 Half)

Well, that totally sucked. HOU poses a huge threat to our making the playoffs. The chances of a Miami comeback are near zero.

Now we have to root for Cincy. If Cincy wins (and somehow they are struggling against KC) then the #3 seed remains in doubt. HOU finishes with NE at home. We want NE motivated for that game. The motivation for them would be to avoid IND until the AFCCG. It would come down to a question of being healthy versus getting the 3-seed. Hard to tell what they would do. I don't like it. But it is pretty much our last hope.

We lose any 3-or-more tiebreaks with Houston involved.

Well they tightened up and made an effort. Came down to an onside kick down by seven, but they couldn't recover. Sucks.

New England has to beat the Texans next week. and they are battling Cinci for the third seed so they should be motivated

Just dug way too big a hole there. At least Cincy won and the #3 seed is still in doubt. Just can't tell whether the Pats will go for health or to avoid IND until the end.

The problem is a 3-way with DEN and HOU and we're out (unless DEN drops their game to KC and beats PHI). A 3-way with BAL and HOU and we are also out.

Now we need either HOU to lose or DEN loses 2 as well as BAL loses to OAK (in addition to IND over the NYJ and us winning at MIA).

Sucks.
