= 4,713.

If Ben stays healthy could he really throw for over 4,500 yards?

And if he did would it shut up the doubters?

Doubt it, Ben is nothing more than a game manager to most. On a team who the refs constantly favor AND with a team whose D bails him out of games. Oh, I forgot and is coached by an overpaid janitor.

Did I forget anything :stirpot

I swear it seems like Ben will never get the respect he deserves!

Case in point, in the post game show today, the showed the patsie
highlights and went to an on field interview with brady...then
they showed the colts highlights and went to an on field interview
with manning...then they showed the Steelers highlights, and....

NOTHING! They went right to another game as if we didn't even
have a freakin' quarterback. I mean, Ben defeats an undefeated team
led by a HOF QB who he just met that day..and NOTHING! It was
totally amazing how much a n obvious slight that appeared to be!

And, then I thought, "It's okay. A W is a W and they can non-interview
Ben all the way to another Super Bowl win this year...dammit!"

I honestly don't know what, if anything, Ben could do to get his 'due'. Didn't he bring the Steelers 80+ yards to win the Superbowl in the final minutes of the game? If that didn't get him recognition, I'm afraid nothing will. The good thing is he doesn't seem to care. All he wants is more Superbowl rings, whereas Manning seems to be more concerned with records. Let him keep the chip on his shoulder and take us to the promised land again

i honestly have no idea why he does not get the respect that the other darling qbs get, i give up, even if he throws for 5000 yds and 30 tds it wont matter, bc he is not brady or manning....i hate being a whiney fan, but it is true, the steelers really do not get the love that some teams get for some reason, i dont know why...
