Why this guy has anything to do with the NFL is beyond me.

Then, when asked about the situation in Tennesee, he said that when he started the season in St. Louis by losing a bunch in a row, Marshall Faulk sat him down and he "Made some adjustments to my coaching style."

This guy needed a player to tell him how to do his job?

Acutally, that is the level I see him at too.

I thought he said Marshall told him how he was coming across to the players so he adjusted that...since the players were totally hating him at first.

And after he adjusted, they were only partially hating him instead of totally hating him. :mrgreen:

he is as good on tv as he was as a coach.....
