Did anyone watch this last night? I liked it and think it could be a pretty cool show, but it doesn't seem to have the same mystique as Lost.

It reminds me a lot more of Heroes, which I watched the first season of and very quickly grew tired of when it became apparent that every single person was going to have a power. There was too much going on with Heroes, and hopefully Flashforward doesn't try to include too many people and get too confusing.

Wait a minute... did I just say I don't like Heroes because there is too much going on while also saying I am a big fan of Lost :?:

Yep, I caught it about five minutes into the show last night. Looks to be a good show.
I noticed a few characters in there from Lost. Penelope seems like she's going to be a
main character and it looks like Charlie will be making an appearance next week.

Lost is the only MUST WATCH show that I have right now. Flash Foward looks like it
could be a possible replacement once Lost finishes up this final season.

There was a show on last spring called "The Unusuals." I really liked that one, but ABC
didn't give them a second season. I think it had some major potential and was
canceled prematurely.

I guess ABC needs to make room for great shows such as "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of
Here" and "Wipeout."

I'm kinda hooked on this one right now. Don't really watch much tv shows, but I catch this and Heroes right now.

And gotta throw in a sleeper comedy of the season: Modern Family on Weds night. Absolutely hilarious, it has Al Bundy in it.

at first I thought this show might be one that I'd try to make sure to catch every week.

I was wrong.

It is DEFINITELY a show I HAVE to catch every week. It just keeps getting better. If you like Lost and you haven't been watching this then get on abc.com and watch the 4 episodes they've played so far.

Ok. I am caught up now.

It is good - I like this genre....I don't think it is as captivating as Lost, but I do like it.

Some of the acting is a bit cheesy (Benford's boss and the deputy secretary)

Gotta say, I'm sort of losing interest. Not that it's a horrible show, but it's just not
captivating like Lost is. Oh well, I'll keep watching because once Lost is over I've got
nothing but Family Guy reruns.

I wish ABC didn't cancel The Unusuals. I still don't get that decision.

I went through a phase during the second half of season 3 and into season 4 of Lost where I stopped caring. Then one day I caught the season 4 marathon on Sci Fi a couple days before season 5 started and I was hooked more than ever.

I hope having a little break from Flashforward will have the same effect when it comes back on, because it was starting to get slow too.

well the action has certainly picked back up after the first 2 hours in this show's new season.

Things are actually happening at such a fast rate that I doubt they have enough material to get past this and then one more season. This will probably be a short lived but highly entertaining show. Hopefully one to fill in a gap while they discover the next Lost-type phenomenon show.

And I absolutely hate Simon, much the way I hated Charlie. That actor just seems like such a prick. It could just be jealousy because he found a way to date Evangeline Lilly though....
