Kicking extra points. He made his only attempt, and it was the difference in a 7-6 preseason victory over the Asterisks.

Don't forget that he kicked off after that extra point, and he put it inside to 10. Muy impressed with Ocho Cinco (on that play anyway).

Okay that's kind of funny actually.

This is still one of my favorites though.

Yeah I know it's the Pasterisks, but it's Flutie (I've always liked him) and what he's doing is totally cool.

Jokes on us, though. If he takes it out, you will see it's a pacifier made to look like a mouthpiece.

Me thinks its a publicity stunt by the coaches and team. Gotta have something to look forward to in Cincy.

Flutie is legit. It sucks that he never really got his shot in the NFL. All he did was win.

I always believed Flutie, as a back-up/mentor in SD, was an important influence on Drew Brees and his subsequent success.

Wade Phillips admitted (after he left Buffalo) that he preferred to start Flutie but Ralph Wilson (the Bills' owner) made him start Rob Johnson because the were paying Johnson "too much" to not start him.

Flutie was winning games that season too.

Well, COC grew up playing soccer and if he was half decent he is probably very accurate on extra-points. I'm not sure how or why it would be justified to use him since the miss rate for PATs is so low. But I have no doubt the guy can hit em.

Yet another reason why Ralph Wilson getting into the Hall of Fame earlier this month was a huge crock.

Agreed.
