"I just told him that unless he's picking up my mortgage for the month of July and August, he can't stay. He's not living for free. I don't need another kid around the house."
--Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer, after receiver Chad Ochocinco said to make up for lost time in his professional relationship with Palmer he wanted to live in Palmer's southern California home prior to training camp

This Bengals circus just keeps getting better. Seems like Palmer is doing everything to kick Chad to the curb and Chad just keeps coming back for more. This team is going to self destruct in 4...3...2...1

Your reading too much into the joke.

There relationship like every single QB-High profile WR relationship will be dictated by wins more than anything else. If we're winning there is nothing to worry about, if we lose Chad is going to explode and take down everyone around him. These comments and whatever happens in July won't have a factor in that...

No, but it sure looks like the familiar path to the early November bust!

My money is on the latter scenario coming to fruition. :bungalssuck

I think that Palmer's just blowing off some steam because Chad took back the Brokeback Mountain comment.

I own a concrete business and I hired a guy who did some sub contracting work for me here and there. He was funny and all, but when he started working for me frequently, he became annoying b/c he ran his mouth too much. Plus he couldn't work and run his mouth at the same time.

So trust me...if Chad is running his mouth and not catching 80 plus balls a year, he's getting on people's nerves!!

That schmuck could catch a kajillion balls and he will still get on everyone's nerves!

I knew someone was going to say that.
But if he caught 90 balls and 15 TD's, people would tolerate it at least.

I just stumbled upon this picture and thought that it was too funny not to post here:

they're just warming up for HBO. won't matter though, i suspect the ratings for the 'bungles' version of Hard Knocks to be off the chart low - maybe enough to kill the show permanently. I don't know what HBO is thinking - didn't the KC season teach them anything?......

I'll just throw this out there. As much of a knucklehead as he is...I think he bounces back and has another outstanding year like he used to. This dude is talented and just needs Palmer back. Plus he played without being able to lift his arms over his head for half the year.

One lick from Missile Clark will scare him to the sideline against us though.
