...May be too hard player-wise since we don't know who'll be there & with the crazy picking that's going on, but where positions do we need to shore up & with 5 picks left, do we trade up to get them?

I'm still holding out hope for Sidbury (OLB), Frank Summers (RB) & Terrance Taylor (NT)

In my opinion - no. He's got a great motor, he's just too small.

ILB-Scott Mckillop
NT-Terrance Taylor or C-AQ Shipley

We took a late rd ILB last year and he got hurt bad. I think they liked him before he got hurt. I think they grab another they like.

Is Mike Wallace a Nate Washington clone? Deep threat similar build.
I think I love the Kraig Urbik pick. It kinda has a "Kris Farris" feeling to me. I thought I loved the pick in 99 when we took him. I hope it pans out.

I was stoked about getting Sammie Lee Hill, and now he's gone. I REALLY think we need to address this spot. Hoke and Hampton are old, I like them both but we need a young guy. I want to redo the Lewis pick and take Hill. I hope this Taylor guy is there and we get him.

It would be really nice if Michigan NT Terrance Taylor fell to round 5.

I think we also aim to take the best available OT in round 5 (there are a bunch still available as I type this, including:

Jamon Meredith OT S CAROLINA
Troy Kropog OT TULANE
Fenuki Tupou OT OREGON
Augustus Parrish OT KENT ST
Jason Watkins OT FLORIDA
Xavier Fulton OT ILLINOIS
Gerald Cadogan OT PENN STATE
Cornelius Lewis OT TENN ST
Lydon Murtha OT NEBRASKA

By our pick in Rd. 5, I think only Lewis and Murtha will be there, but I'd love it if we could get Cadogan. Also, I think Alex Boone would be worth a shot if he is still there, sorry, haven't looked at the picks in the last hour, so he may be gone.

If Watkins is there I bet he is the pick.........McKillop would be a wild card.

about the same size a dirt dawson ;)

and james harrison has shown repeatedly smaller guys can get leverage.

plus this kid has all the characteristics of a perfect steeler.

:Agree I like the Boone idea.

Early R5... a LOT of O line talent still sliding... hopefully we get a nice selection at the end of R5.

I had him as one of the Steelers picks in the 5th. Hope so. Would be nice depth and he already has two former Wolverines on the defense.
