Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

I would venture to say that the Steelers our on the road for weeks #2/#3 since the Pirates have home games.

Steelers to visit Chicago Week #2. This is from a buddy of mine who lives in Chicago. This guy has a history of knowing stuff.

Well, no 4:15 home game, you PlanetSteeler tailgaters (unless late season flex scheduling changes that, but we wouldn't know that until we were well into the season with those game were only a couple of weeks away). Perhaps the night game against San Diego during week 4?

Why not 10/18 (Cle) or 10/25 (Min)?

My ideal situation for the tailgate would be to wait until next season's NHL schedule comes out and to see if there are any Pens home games on any of the following Saturday nights: 10-17-09, 10-24-09, 11-14-09, 12-5-09, 12-19-09, or 12-26-09. A Saturday night Penguin game followed by a Sunday 1:00 Steeler game would be a great weekend, especially for those who are traveling from out of town and would like to get the biggest bang for their buck during their pilgrimage to the Burgh. Unfortunately, the NHL schedule typically doesn't come out until July, since the Stanley Cup playoffs extend into June now.

Those are doable. I'm just saying that after having four home games that started at 4:15 last season, two primetime home games, and two 1:00 games (the first and last games of the season), we get no 4:15 games this season (and folks seemed to want to aim for a 4:15 start if possible). This year, it will be two straight primetime games at home (weeks 1 and 4), then all the rest of the home dates, 6 in a row, will be 1:00 starts.

Great schedule!!! No west coast trips for the second straight year. The toughest road game might be at Denver (with a new QB) or Baltimore...how deliciously pathetic. :Cheers

Screw all of those 4:15 games we had last year. I would just sit around waiting nervously all day and then be drunk by 7pm, pass out early, and be done for the rest of the night.

We get to visit Dolphin Stadium in Miami on 1-3-10, only a month before we return there again on 2-7-10.

Week 8 is also latest bye week that I can remember off the top of my head. Better than having a bye in September or something like that.

Nothing like traveling across the country from California to see a California team (of course, if you wanted to see a game in San Diego, the drive you would need to take would be about as long as the drive I made from NEPA to Detroit for SBXL).

Funny we would've considered the Raider game if it wasn't in Dec. Nothing beats coming home and talking trash to all the Raider fans in town after a win. After last years Cowboys game none of us want to turn into frozen currysicles again.

It was that cold just for you...we all know that you folks of Indian decent seem to like to create beverages in Slurpee form. Knowing your family would partake of an Iron City or two, making it that cold outside was our way of suggesting Slurpee Beer. Coming soon to a 7-11 near you.

We were bring down 2 each from the pub and when they cut of the drinks we have like 3 extras heading into the 4th...all 3 had a thin layer of ice on them before we drank them. Slurpee beer in the cold just didn't work for some reason.

Ike Taylor is going to be on Sirius NFL Radio after the commercial break (I'm assuming to talk about the schedule release...and perhaps about the Harrison signing as well).
