Ok, so I'm a guilty of doing a little trolling and stirring the pot over on the Baltimore Sun Ravens' forum. I got a PM today from a member there. When I opened the message, it was a HUGE file of Porn Spam. This sucks. My popup blocker wouldn't even stop it. After I deleted everything I could find, I ran my Norton Virus scan and had like 35 infected files on my machine. This attack was pretty vicious IMO, so I guess I'm letting you guys know for a few reasons:

1. To vent, cuz I'm really pissed. I don't think talking football in a forum should ever result in this type of mischief.

2. To warn you guys that like to go to that site - don't open any PMs from those homos. I didn't get the name of the poster, it was just a mass of jumbled letters starting with the letter 'm'.

3. To put our board on standby to look out for anyone coming over here to start that stuff. I'd just watch what you open. If you don't know the sender, probably should just delete.

I know that you Mods are pretty much powerless to do anything until an attack happens, but I just wanted give everyone a heads up. I guess I'll let the Mods know over on the Sun board. I can't imagine that they would endorse such behavior. Who knows, this poster may not even be a legit member over there. Take it easy folks, -Joos

This is the excuse that Jooser made when his wife found a porn stash on his computer.

It's not me, honey! Some evil Ravens fan infected our computer with a virus! I swear!

:Boobs

Did you delete the PM? If not, you don't have to open it to see who it was from. I would report it to the board admin/mods. They should take action against this sort of behavior. They may even have a record of who sent PMs.

Yeah, I PM'd the Mods there. I did delete it because I just wanted it gone before I thought about what action I was going to take about it later on. That was stupid of me, but maybe they'll know who sent it MJG.

Lucky for you it was not a Conficker Worm...it uses svchost.exe..creepy...

My laptop got infected with malware a week back..and it does not allow me to install any software like MalwareBytes Anti Malware or any Anti Virus.....

I had to update my registry manually to get rid of tht stuff.....Google saved me..
