Seeing as how that DA is trying to go after Michael Phelps, I wonder.

Tomlin was pro-active by benching him against the Giants last year...I doubt that the league would push to take it any further than that.

I could be wrong but I think we've heard the last of Santokio's pot incident.

Steelers did a good job of nipping it in the "bud". 8)

I wonder if the local DA (did it take place in Pittsburgh?) will think about community reaction and response as he decides whether to press charges ...

Might see a one game suspension like Kevin Faulk got last year when he got busted with the sticky icky. I think the league will wait until after any type of criminal charges are brought against the Super Bowl MVP. Now Santonio don't be carrying a gun in your pocket this offseason or any time in the near future!! :wink:
