My favorite part of the article:

This season, Ward had Scott lined up for another shot on a Roethlisberger scramble, only to miss him.

"They put a bounty on me," Ward said, "and then he ducks."

Hines Ward has changed my view of offensive players completely.
I use to love playing defense b/c you were throwing punches, not taking them.

I remember in practice during college the WR's would talk trash to us DB's . . .
I would think to myself ... "these guys have nothing to gain by doing this"

Hines Ward makes me wanna be a WR and not a DB!!!

One of my favorite blocks was the one by Randle-El on Pat Williams in the 2005 game against the Vikings on Ben's TD run.

Randle-El layed him out.

And Williams was more than 2x El's size.

I love Hines Ward and the impact he has on this team.

He motivates the guys around him to play harder.

As Heath Miller said it best, the linemen and TEs don't want to see a WR out there making better blocks than they do.......

Hines really is one of my all time favorites....
