I've been watching ESPN all day. I keep hearing how the Ravens have something to prove Sunday. That Gay Ray won't not LET the Steelers win. That they are too good to lose 3 games in a season to their bitter rivals - that our two wins this season weren't really legit because they could have gone either way. Well, that there's the problem. The fact of the matter is, they were legit wins. We came back and played 60 MINUTES of football and got the W. So, in my opinion, the Steelers have as much to prove to shut these morons up as the Ratards do. I think this plays into our hands and it's just more tackling fuel for our team!!!

WOOOOO!!!!!! GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!

One of the great movie quotes of all time, IMO.

What will it prove that LaMar Woodley will be wearing Phillip Rivers' pelt at the game Sunday and Deebo will be wearing Flacco's to the Superbowl?

Ben said he needs redemption for his AFCC loss at home his rookie year.

Who's will is stronger?

Three words

Ninety

Two

Yards

Say what you will about whether SH caught the ball in the end zone. The bottom line is, we drove 92 yards in 12 plays to get there. It took 2:53. All of this in the 4th quarter. On the road. Even if he is not in the end zone, we still have fourth and inches. Coach T said LIVE that he was going for it.

So, if you want to complain about something, complain about a top tier defense that cannot defend it's own house when the division title is on the line.

That is something they should be mad about.

I think Ben wants to set his reputation right with a stellar super bowl performance. The man is throwing the ball like it's week 1. Not to mention the abuse this o-line has taken, who has something to prove? If Ray Lewis has antything to prove it's that he ISN'T A KILLER!!

Take your pick.

I totally agree that Ben looked like he was on an absolute mission last week. I hope he carries it right on into the Super Bowl. And by the way, I agree, I haven't seen him throw the ball that well in a while. His shoulder is definitely on the mends, as is FWP's knee. League beware, this team is finally healthy just in time for the Big Dance. :tt2

Yea, Ben's been through a lot since the super bowl, so I really have no worries about his performance if we get there. I have no doubts that it was more butterflies last time out than the Seachickens defense. This week will be tough, but if we get to the big dance, I will be very dissappointed if we lose, no matter who we play.

Thought I would throw in a Vin Diesel quote that is often applicable to football...

Interestingly enough, ESPN was interviewing Mike Logan this morning and he talked about this very thing. He said that the Steelers have been banged up all season and still managed to win twice against Baltimore. He said that the media is giving Baltimore all the love despite that fact and that it is fanning the flames for the home team.

Yes Sir!!!!
