Wouldnt it be nice to take it again this week? That would be 6/14.

Ed Reed might have something to say about that after tonight. The guy is nuts

I love DT.

Why would I vote for DT as Defensive Player of the Week? He wasn't even the defensive player of the game!

I might vote for his interception/TD return as defensive PLAY of the week. But I don't know that I have a vote on that anywhere.

Because, theoretically, you are a Steeler fan and vote for all Steelers when they are up for awards. Just like any true Steeler fan would never bet against the Steelers. :Cheers

Anyway, I hear your concerns but even though he only made one splash play, Deshea's interception was so significant, he warrants consideration for the POW award...in my humble opinion.

Its now official...DT is up for POW at NFL.com. Go vote. He is up against Ed Reed who has been matching James Harrison stride for stride as of late and entering into the discussion for DMVP. Deshea is clearly ahead in Play of the Week (>60%) and that play was so significant, he warrants consideration as Player of the Week. No kudos for Ed Reed!!!

I voted for DT. His INT was a huge play, no doubt, but it was a total homer vote. :tt2

Same here. As to Ed Reed entering the DMVP talk....not a chance. His numbers are not even close to Troy's, let alone Harrison's.
