That is correct. Ben now holds the record for the most wins for a QB in the first 5 years. Sorry I can't find the number right now.

For all of his faults, Chadman would like to give a big shout-out to former Coach Bill Cowher for leaving this football team with the best QB, arguably, in Steelers history.

It might not have been 'his pick', but he must get recognition for bringing him in regardless.

This team would be much worse off if he hadn't.
