That's 3 wins for COTW for the "janitor" that can't win a big game :) More wins than any other coach so far.

Steelers' Tomlin voted Motorola Coach of the Week

Head coach Mike Tomlin of the Pittsburgh Steelers is the Motorola NFL Coach of the Week for games played on Nov. 27ĖDec. 1, the NFL announced Friday.

Tomlin led the Steelers to a 33-10 road victory over the New England Patriots. The Steelers offense controlled possession for more than 35 minutes. Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger passed for 179 yards and two touchdowns and the Steelers gained an additional 161 yards rushing. Pittsburgh limited New England to 267 total yards on offense and recorded five sacks and five turnovers on defense, holding New England to only one-of-13 (eight percent) on third downs.

Tomlin was selected as Motorola NFL Coach of the Week from among three finalists by voters on NFL.com. The other finalists were head coaches Brad Childress of the Minnesota Vikings and Mike Shanahan of the Denver Broncos.

No other coach has been named COTW more than once except Tomlin.

Iím interested to see how he will keep the team focused and on target after the big win in New England.

Excellent observation. He seems very much like a disciplinarian and preaches a lot of structure and accountability. I would think the focus remains intense and serious. This is a very serious team. The competitive drive amongst the LBs for example... talk about intensity. This is the best Defense.... makes me very proud to be a Steeler Fan.

His degree in the Custodial Arts has helped pave his success. LOL

All kidding aside, I think he's really starting to get his feet underneath him and putting his mark on this team. Well deserved.

Ha...dam RB I was gonna say the same thing. Only 'Bad Word' recognized around these parts is Lebeau...don't you forget it Jauron!
