I know I'm being a completly blinded 'homer' but I think being an owner of the Steelers would be one of the coolest things in the world. If I was a brother I would have wanted to keep my share of the team.

Well heck yeah...to us it would be awesome. But think about it. They've grown up with it, so its like 2nd nature to them. They've been around it their entire lives. Their motivation is making money...they seem to think the tracks/slots is where its at, so they want to pursue that. While we think they are crazy, they are just chasing their own dream. Can't fault them...

Not faulting them at all. I get it. But it's not as if the Steelers don't make money. I guess Im just not that personally excited by the thought of owning slot machines. I don't even play them when I'm in a casino - boring! But being an woner in the NFL is out of hand!!
