OK, we've had music, movies, vid games, etc.....

....So what tv shows do you watch when you get the chance? Do you DVR shows and watch them later? Do you make a point to watch anything each and every week?

Myself, I'm on the road a bit, so the DVR is my friend!... I like sci-fi, Discovery, and Food Network. ... But occasionally tune-in to network programming....

Battlestar Galactica
Mythbusters
Deadliest Catch
Good Eats
NCIS
Survivor
24
The Unit
Hannah Montana .... (just checking if anyone was listening or paying attention.......... )

I don't watch as much tv as I used to, and there's only one show I have to watch - Lost.

When I do watch tv, I like Mythbusters, Deadliest Catch is good, just about anything
on the History Channel. Right now I'm into their Gangland series.

I probably like watching older shows more than anything.
Seinfield, The Simpsons before season 9, Miami Vice, Golden Girls  and so on.

DVR Fodder:
My Name Is Earl
30 Rock
The Office
Deadliest Catch
Dirty Jobs
The Verminators (its disgusting....yeesh)
Everyday Italian (The food is good and Giada's kinda hot when she's chopping stuff.... mmm bouncey elbow...)
Good Eats
The Ultimate Fighter
Top Gear (Quite frankly the BEST car show ever, its on BBC-AM)
Modern Marvels
America's Port (kinda lame but i got hooked)

I'll watch these but wont DVR them because i've either seen them all or its kinda pointless:
Sportscenter (DVR'd when necessary, i.e. football season)
Ninja Warrior on G4
The Simpsons
Futurama
No Reservations

Shows the woman makes me watch with her:
Almost all VH1 reality TV shows.
The Girls Next Door, plenty o scenery
The Making of The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (this show is borderline porn...)

But right now, the show I enjoy the most, I'm actually getting through Netflix:
The Wire. Its fabulous. I know its about Baltimore and all, but its really really good.

This is a great series of topics. What would really go ahead and make my day is a thread on great movie lines of all time.

You've got a couple of my favorites on there with Mythbusters, Deadliest Catch, Good Eats, NCIS, and The Unit. I also like CSI (all of them), Law and Order (all of them), Criminal Minds, Shark, and Numbers (yeah, I like the Crime Dramas)
I enjoy watching the Food Network, too, when I can gain possession of the remote. My better half takes control when he's in the room, unless there's something really important on, like football, or hockey playoff games. I Must say, my favorite food network show is Ace of Cakes...

Generally, I spend most of my TV time (when none of the shows I really like to watch are on) flipping between the Food Network, and NFL Network (weird combo, I know). As I said, that's when I get control of the remote. Otherwise, if none of the crime dramas are on, it's pretty much Sci Fi channel, History Channel, or Discovery Channel.

Young girls just don't do it for me. I was talking about this fact last night during my weekly poker game. The guys were looking at me like I had a two heads. If she doesn't look over 30.... I'm not even checking her out. I love MILFs... no hotter specimen of womankind than a MILF.

Right now, it's whatever show's season it is on FX, but Rescue Me and The Shield are easily the best on that network, then after that

NCIS (best show on TV)
WWE (although admittedly, I fast forward through most of it on the DVR)
30 Rock
Any NFL Network programming related to the Steelers (currently, I rewatched the last couple of drives in the Maddox game against the Brownies at least 15 times)
