Pittsburgh Steelers Troy Polamalu wants players involved in rules changes.

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu is the latest player to discuss the consistent rule changes within the NFL.
Polamalu however is not complaining just to complain.
He said that the process in which these rules are changed is somewhat flawed.
