Broncos Sign WR Tyler Grisham To Future Contract

The Tyler Grisham days with the Pittsburgh Steelers are now over as the Denver Broncos announced today that they signed the former Clemson wide receiver to a future contract. Grisham was originally signed by the Steelers as an undrafted free agent following the 2009 draft and made the practice squad out of training camp.

Grisham was promoted to the Steelers 53 man roster for the final 4 games of the 2009 season and recorded just 1 catch for 14 yards during that span against the Baltimore Ravens. He has been a main stay on the Steelers practice squad for the last 2 seasons, but was never promoted Read more [...]

Hines Ward Clears Up Retirement Rumors

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — If you were wondering about Hines Ward’s retirement status – wonder no more.

The wide receiver put a rest to the speculation on his Facebook page.

“I have no plans on retiring right now. I want to win another Super Bowl. I don’t know where the media is getting this info from but rest assured that when I decide to retire, you’ll hear it from ME first.”

Ward was responding to a blog on CBSSports.com that hinted that he might retire.

He has said all along that he wanted to come back next year as a Steeler.
